This is a work in progress. If there's a recipe of mine you'd like me to post, just ask; and if you use a recipe, come back and leave a comment on that post saying how it went. Let me know what worked and what didn't. I'd love the feedback!
It's not so tidy, but the best way to print out a recipe is to click on the time stamp at the bottom of a post which will take you to a page with only that recipe on it, and then print the page.

Cream Cheese Frosting
6 oz. cream cheese
½ cup softened butter
2 tsp. vanilla
4 ½ to 4 ¾ cups powdered sugar
(1 cup powdered sugar = 6 oz.)
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter and vanilla till light and fluffy. Gradually add 2 cups of the powdered sugar, beating well. Gradually beat in enough remaining powdered sugar to make frosting of spreading consistency.
Frosts the tops and sides of two 8- or 9-inch cake layers.
Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting: Prepare as above, except substitute ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder for ¼ cup powdered sugar.
